Cardhu & his litter mates were born 13th October 2009 (scotch whiskey themed litter). The result of a long & much anticipated mating between Ky (UK dog that is also a registered Pet Therapy dog as well as a prolific winner throughout the UK & Europe) & Molly our first bullmastiff who is the daughter of the only bitch to win a Best In Show at the Nationals & a Grand Champion. Molly is also a Best In Specialty Show winner in Queensland - an amazing achievement for us with our first bullmastiff. Molly has over 50 Best of Breeds to her credit & over 70 challenges.
Cardhu is an amazing young pup, at this stage has everything we could hope for. Amongst a very strong bunch of male puppies we decided he would have stay even though we bred the litter only wanting to keep a girl .
Cardhu was named after a a distillery set up in 1824 by a whiskey smuggler, quite fitting as he is a very cheeky pup.
We look forward to bringing him out in January 2010.
